• Conduct remote therapy sessions utilizing secure telehealth platforms to ensure privacy and accessibility for clients.

• Document client progress meticulously, employing electronic health record systems to maintain accuracy and organization of records.
• Provide crisis intervention and crisis management services for clients experiencing acute distress and emergencies.

• Uphold ethical and legal standards, ensuring adherence to professional guidelines and state regulations governing the practice of therapy.

As an LMFT, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families coping with a wide range of issues such as relational challenges, mental health disorders, trauma, and life transitions. • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Maryland.
• Demonstrated experience providing therapy services, specifically in remote settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients effectively.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively while balancing client loads.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote therapy delivery.
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
• Previous involvement in creating therapeutic resources or support materials for clients.
