• Conduct video therapy sessions with clients utilizing secure telehealth technology.

The therapist will work with a diverse client base, including individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is mandatory.
• Current, active licensure to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Illinois.
• Proven experience in providing remote therapy services, demonstrating proficiency with telehealth platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to connect and build rapport with clients effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and documentation tasks efficiently.

• Previous experience in a community health clinic setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT).
• Background in working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural sensitivities related to mental health.
