Position Summary:

This positionis responsible forcreating eLearning solutions for a variety of audiences within the CVS Health business units. As a critical part of theCentralized Operationsteam within EnterpriseTraining,this role focuses on designing and developing top quality eLearning experiences in support of performance and business goals.

  • Usesformal instructional designmethodologyto design, develop and implement sophisticated, complex, performance-focusedand educational offerings via a variety of technology-based training methods

  • Simultaneouslymanagesmultiple, complex projects

  • Develops and conducts follow-up assessments todeterminethe effectiveness and ROI of training programs and curriculum

  • Writesstoryboards for eLearning courses

  • Manages projects and tasks to ensure all deadlines are reasonable and achieved

  • Incorporates feedback gathered from participants and other relevant audiences to improve training, processes, and products

  • When designing training, conducts performance analysis todeterminethe expectations and gaps for the intended audiences

  • Works in partnership asappropriate withexternal vendors to deliverstate-of-the-art, technology-based training tools and programs that meet the needs of multiple, diverse audiences and integrate effectively intoCVS Health's architecture

  • Communicates regularly withprogram owners and stakeholdersto manage the rollout of training materials and gather feedback on program effectiveness

  • Effectively manages curriculum, reporting and other relevant administrative requirements through the learning management system

  • Coordinates the training plan to includeproject plan and working withbusiness and ELD&P partnersas needed to ensure project goals and quality standards are met

  • Advancedexperience usingauthoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline 360, to create eLearning courses

Preferred location is hybrid in Hartford, CT, with remote flexibility available for candidates outside hub locations


Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of eLearning experience

  • 1+ yearsof ArticulateStoryline360experience

  • Skilled in translating raw content into storyboard format


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in application of performance-based instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, performanceconsultingand educational media desired

  • Education or experience in instructional design methodologies, adult learningprinciplesand/or performance consulting with a focus on eLearning technologies and techniques


Education: High School Diploma/GEDrequired. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
