Are you a licensed CPA or Enrolled Agent with deep experience in U.S. tax strategy and complianceand a growing interest in the world of crypto, DeFi, DAOs, and web3?

Were looking for a senior tax associate to bring expert judgment, review capacity, and client insight to a fast-moving, crypto-native tax and advisory firm. You'll serve as a critical pillar in our tax leadership structuresupporting review, strategy, and high-level client communication.

Who You Are

  • A licensed CPA or EA with an active PTIN
  • 35+ years of experience in U.S. tax preparation for start-ups, founders & small business advisory
  • Proficient in reviewing complex returns: Forms 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120-S
  • Comfortable making informed decisions with incomplete or unstructured data
  • Adept at communicating with clients about planning, payments, estimates, and crypto activity
  • Familiar with (or excited to learn) crypto concepts: DAOs, DeFi, NFTs, token events, etc.
  • Highly autonomous, detail-oriented, and accountable in a remote setting


What Youll Do

  • Review individual and business tax returns prepared by the team
  • Provide final approval and sign-off for tax filings
  • Conduct research and offer actionable tax planning recommendations
  • Collaborate with the Tax Manager on strategy, estimates, and complex client scenarios
  • Support clients with IRS/agency notices and resolution work
  • Prepare tax planning documents and quarterly estimates
  • Maintain clear documentation and ensure high-quality client communications
