About the Role

We are seeking an Online Cruise Booking Agent to assist clients with researching, selecting, and booking cruise vacations. In this role, you will help travelers explore cruise options, understand itineraries, review requirements, and coordinate all booking details. You will ensure a smooth, enjoyable planning experience by offering accurate information, timely communication, and exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms with cruise inquiries, pricing, and itinerary details.
  • Help clients compare cruise lines, ships, destinations, and onboard amenities based on preferences.
  • Coordinate cruise bookings, cabin selections, add-ons, and special requests.
  • Provide up-to-date information on travel requirements, documentation, and cruise line policies.
  • Manage booking changes, upgrades, payment reminders, and cancellations as needed.
  • Follow up with clients before and after travel to confirm details and collect feedback.
  • Address concerns with professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
