The Family Relationship Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. • Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, including psychosocial assessments, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments, to form an accurate understanding of each client’s needs.
• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment strategies, taking into account their specific goals, background, and cultural considerations.
• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic techniques in one-on-one sessions as well as group settings, focusing on modalities such as CBT, DBT, and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT).
• Provide crisis intervention services, effectively managing acute situations while ensuring a seamless transition of care with other healthcare professionals.
• Accurately document all clinical encounters, treatment plans, and ongoing progress in compliance with clinic policies and relevant regulations.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, equipping them with tools and resources to manage their conditions effectively.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care, coordinate treatment, and enhance the overall quality of services provided.
• Conduct regular outcome evaluations to assess the effectiveness of treatment plans and make necessary adjustments based on client feedback and progress.
• Stay informed of the latest research and best practices in mental health to incorporate innovative approaches into your practice.
• Adhere strictly to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in all client-related interactions.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families. Many of our clients have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational challenges. It is essential to approach each situation with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and an open mind. Your contributions will significantly impact improving their mental health outcomes and overall quality of life.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Must possess an active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds while fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Experience in a community health setting is advantageous, especially in working with diverse populations.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation standards is preferred.
• Prior experience using evidence-based therapeutic approaches is highly desirable.

The Family Relationship Counseling Center offers a competitive annual salary between $80,000 and $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
