• Maintain comprehensive and confidential clinical records while adhering to HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring professionalism and ethical practice.

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Illinois.
• Expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy and the ability to apply evidence-based interventions effectively.

• Ability to utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate complex client situations.
