As a Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for numerous tasks that directly impact patient care, including but not limited to:

• Conducting in-depth clinical assessments to identify patients' mental health issues and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that incorporate solution-focused interventions.

• Utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored specifically to meet each client's unique needs and preferences.

• Maintaining precise and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA guidelines while ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of patient information.

• Collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to enhance the quality of care and treatment coordination.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the organization.

• Educating patients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Keeping abreast of the latest research in mental health and integrating relevant findings into your clinical practice to optimize patient care.

Your primary focus will be on individuals and families dealing with acute and chronic mental health conditions related to end-of-life issues in the hospice setting. You will engage with a diverse range of clients, offering compassionate support and evidence-based treatment approaches that respect each patient's experiences and perspectives.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution and a current, valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably with a strong emphasis on psychotherapy services in similar treatment settings.

• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities essential for forming strong therapeutic relationships with clients and collaborating with colleagues.

• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking capabilities to adapt treatment approaches to meet evolving patient needs.

• Experience working in hospice or palliative care settings is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of community resources for supporting patients and families dealing with end-of-life challenges.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
