Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical assessment and deliver a variety of evidence-based intervention strategies to clients facing significant emotional or mental health issues.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, create integrated care plans, and facilitate access to necessary services for clients and their families.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and case reviews, contributing your insights to improve overall treatment outcomes.
  • Engage in crisis intervention efforts as needed, ensuring that all client interactions are handled with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, care plans, and progress notes according to regulatory and ethical standards.

  • Conduct brief screenings to identify clients' needs and facilitate further assessments when indicated, in line with organizational protocols.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
