• Conduct thorough initial assessments and client evaluations to establish mental health statuses and individual needs.

Our clientele encompasses a broad spectrum of individuals in need of mental health support, including adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and other psychological conditions. • Possession of an independent and active license, valid as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills that foster a trusting client-therapist relationship.
• A strong capacity for empathy and a non-judgmental approach to client interactions.
• Proven organizational skills and an ability to manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• A clean professional history with no disciplinary actions on your license.

We seek candidates with at least two years of experience in the mental health field, particularly in roles providing direct service in therapeutic environments. Experience with diverse client populations and familiarity with teletherapy practices will be regarded highly. Further, knowledge of behavioral health regulations, ethics in mental health care, and crisis intervention can significantly benefit your application.
