• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other interdisciplinary team members to establish coordinated care and accurate diagnoses.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that include specific goals and intervention strategies tailored to each client.
• Facilitate psychoeducation classes, support groups, and therapy sessions to foster community and learning.
• Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation in line with ethical and legal standards to track progress and inform treatment planning.

This role predominantly serves children and adolescents struggling with a range of mental health issues. You will work closely with students experiencing emotional turmoil, anxiety, behavioral challenges, and trauma-related difficulties, helping them to develop coping strategies and improve their overall well-being. In this capacity, you will be instrumental in promoting a safe and supportive environment within the school setting, impacting not only individual clients but also the wider community.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience working in mental health or outpatient settings, particularly with school-aged populations.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a passion for providing compassionate care.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills to effectively engage clients and families.

• Experience in school settings and familiarity with educational systems and resources available to support mental health initiatives.
• Training in trauma-informed care practices to better serve clients who have experienced significant life challenges.
• Competency in facilitating group therapy and psychoeducation sessions that empower students and families.
