The therapist will work primarily in an outpatient setting, offering remote services that allow for flexible scheduling. You will connect with clients through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring accessibility while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism. • Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques to address varied mental health issues, ensuring adherence to established therapeutic frameworks.
• Provide crisis intervention as required, employing a calm and composed approach to support clients during high-stress situations.
• Document clinical services accurately, promptly completing treatment reports and mental health records in line with organizational policies and state regulations.
• Engage in interdisciplinary consultations with institutional staff, offering insights into client management and effective treatment strategies.
• Participate actively in professional development opportunities, staff meetings, and in-service training to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the Quality Improvement program by providing feedback and suggestions based on your clinical experiences.

As a Mental Health Counselor at ReviveLife, you will work with a broad spectrum of patients dealing with various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and severe mental illness. Our clientele spans different demographics, allowing you to apply your skills in diverse contexts. We prioritize delivering tailored interventions that resonate with each patient's unique background and circumstances.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC, with up-to-date requirements and supervision guidelines.
• Minimum of two (2) years of direct experience in the mental health field, particularly in crisis management and therapeutic services.
• In-depth knowledge of psychological assessment techniques and the diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders.

• Demonstrated ability in individual and group therapy, particularly in therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems, particularly in managing documentation and clinical notes.
• Previous involvement in program development or clinical training initiatives.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
