As a key member of our telehealth team, you will work remotely, utilizing state-of-the-art technologies to connect with clients. • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, emotional well-being, and specific needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique goals, reviewing and adjusting them based on ongoing assessment outcomes.
• Provide a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy sessions, family counseling, and group therapy workshops.
• Monitor and document clients' progress diligently, utilizing digital tools to track development and adapt interventions accordingly.
• Offer immediate crisis support and intervention services as needed, providing a stabilizing influence during critical moments.
• Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and confidential client records adhering to all applicable legal and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment and participate in ongoing professional development to refine your therapeutic skills.
• Engage in regular supervision sessions to discuss cases, share insights, and improve therapeutic techniques.
• Commit to upholding the highest standards of ethical practice as prescribed by your licensing board.

Your role will primarily focus on adults facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. You will be tasked with creating a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings, promote their mental well-being, and work together to foster resilience and coping strategies.

• A Master’s or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Active and valid state licensure in mental health counseling (such as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW).
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical assessment and superior diagnostic skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
• A strong sense of empathy and commitment to client-centered care.
• The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with the ethical and legal standards governing mental health practice.

A minimum of three years of experience in the mental health field is required. Candidates with prior experience in telehealth settings or those who have worked with diverse populations will be given preference.

• Attractive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
