**Our corporate offices are located in Dublin, CA. We offer a flexible/hybrid work environment with some days at the corporate offices and some days working from home. We are also open to remote candidates who can periodically travel to the office for in-person meetings.

The Senior Director of Delivery Operations owns the systems, standards, and infrastructure that power how SavvyMoney's solutions are implemented — and ensures that work translates directly to revenue. Reporting to the SVP of Operations, this leader builds and manages implementation forecasts tied to projected revenue recognition, while driving cross-functional alignment across Sales, Product, and Engineering to coordinate and accelerate delivery at scale.

Responsibilities -

  • Own and manage implementation capacity forecasting across multiple product lines, serving as a strategic cross-functional partner to implementation leadership

  • Partner with Sales Leadership to align resource availability with sales projections, proactively escalating demand imbalances to senior leadership

  • Evaluate, implement, and manage implementation tools and platforms that drive consistency, scalability, and reduced resource overhead across delivery teams

  • Define and champion operational best practices, ensuring broad adoption across implementation teams

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering leaders to ensure new products are designed and delivered for efficient, streamlined implementation

  • Develop and deliver implementation and revenue forecasts that align organizational outcomes to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the SVP of Operations on matters of optimization, tooling, and process improvement

  • Lead the adoption and evangelization of AI-powered tools and workflows within the Operations organization

Skills and Qualifications -

  • 7+ years of experience in project management, delivery operations, or implementation roles with a track record of increasing scope and responsibility

  • 5+ years of experience in Financial Services Technology (Fintech) or Software as a Service (SaaS)

  • Proven expertise with implementation and project management tooling (e.g., Smartsheet) and CRM/sales forecasting platforms (e.g., Salesforce)

  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in cross-functional environments, with experience influencing and advising senior and executive leadership

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex operational data into clear, executive-ready narratives

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and forecasting — including the ability to build and maintain implementation and revenue models

  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications (PMP, Six Sigma, etc.) a plus

Base salary

The annual base salary for this position is between $215,000.00 and $230,000.00 depending upon experience + Annual Bonus Potential.
