This position is entirely remote, allowing social workers to engage with clients from their own comfortable environments while maintaining flexibility in their work schedules. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to ascertain client needs.
• Collaborating with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that consider cultural, personal, and therapeutic needs, ensuring a holistic approach to care.
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), in various formats including individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Providing crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress and working closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in accordance with clinic policies and state regulations.
• Delivering psychoeducation to clients and their families, empowering them to understand and manage mental health issues.
• Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, to ensure seamless care for clients.
• Regularly assessing treatment effectiveness through outcome evaluations, making adjustments as necessary to optimize client outcomes.
• Staying current with the latest research, best practices, and developments in the field of mental health to integrate new knowledge into your practice.
• Committing to ethical guidelines and maintaining the confidentiality of client information at all times.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• An active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Experience in a community health setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methodologies is advantageous.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in social work and familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
