About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.   • Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails with professionalism and empathy
  • Resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot basic issues efficiently
  • Process orders and credit card payments securely and accurately
