This position offers a fully remote work environment, allowing you to provide therapy from the comfort of your home while maintaining a strong connection with our outpatient office team. Our practice operates Monday through Saturday, ensuring various slots to accommodate patient needs. We provide in-house management of insurance credentialing and administrative tasks, allowing you to focus exclusively on your therapeutic work. • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, developing comprehensive treatment plans that address specific client needs.
• Perform initial assessments and triage care based on urgency and patient needs, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
• Regularly engage in documentation and meetings, such as patient rounds, to discuss assessments, treatment modalities, and patient progress with the multidisciplinary team.
• Utilize your clinical knowledge to provide competent care that meets the physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of all patients.
• Manage and coordinate care for assigned patients by consulting with community professionals and accessing relevant programs, facilitating a holistic approach to treatment.
• Uphold ethical standards in clinical documentation, completing all necessary paperwork in a timely manner.
• Specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while integrating various evidence-based treatment modalities to support patients in achieving their individualized service plans.

The patients you will serve include a wide spectrum of individuals facing various mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges and trauma. You will work with diverse groups, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Your therapeutic approach will be tailored to meet the unique cultural, social, and emotional needs of each client, ensuring a supportive and personalized experience that drives effective outcomes.

• Must be a licensed Mental Health Counselor in Maryland, holding credentials such as LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C.
• Availability to provide therapy for 10 to 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is required, demonstrating the ability to effectively manage therapeutic relationships.

• Demonstrated experience in outpatient therapy settings, specifically with diverse populations.
• Familiarity with clinical documentation and evidence-based practices, particularly CBT.
• Proficient in using various virtual therapy tools and software to facilitate remote counseling sessions.
