Palm Health Resources, a nationally recognized healthcare staffing firm, is seeking an experienced Credentialing Specialist with a background in locum tenens credentialing for Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers. What You'll Do

Manage the full credentialing lifecycle for locum tenens physicians and advanced practice providers across multiple specialties and states.

Coordinate licensing, privileging, payer enrollment, primary source verifications, and facility onboarding requirements.

Maintain accurate credentialing records and documentation to ensure compliance with client, regulatory, and accreditation standards.

Serve as the primary point of contact between providers, healthcare facilities, recruiters, and internal stakeholders throughout the credentialing process.

Monitor expiration dates and proactively manage renewals, reappointments, and re-credentialing requirements.

Ensure timely communication and follow-up to keep providers on track for scheduled assignments.


What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience credentialing locum tenens physicians and/or advanced practice providers (required).

Strong knowledge of healthcare credentialing, licensing requirements, compliance standards, and provider onboarding processes.
