As a member of our community health clinic, you will engage in regular video conferencing for team meetings and supervision, ensuring that you feel connected and supported despite the physical distance.

• Conduct thorough assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that are tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies, and solution-focused therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Engage actively with clients in therapy sessions, helping them to identify challenges and collaboratively setting achievable mental health goals.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical guidelines, ensuring that all documentation adheres to best practices in mental health care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training that enhance clinical skills and knowledge about emerging trends in mental health treatment.

You will primarily work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clinic serves a broad spectrum of the community, including underserved populations needing particular attention and resources. This role demands cultural competence and sensitivity, as you'll interact with clients from varied backgrounds, experiencing different life challenges.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
• An active Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) credential in Vermont.
• Proficiency in utilizing therapeutic techniques for diverse populations.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• The ability to work autonomously while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience, preferably in a mental health or community health setting.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and maintaining a virtual therapy practice is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for effective client data management.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
