About the Role

This is a marketing position for someone who sees AI as more than a tool-it's a core part of how you think and work.

We're looking for a creative problem solver who naturally leverages AI to develop marketing strategies, streamline workflows, create compelling content, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize Hometown's family of websites.
  • Create engaging, SEO-driven content and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Produce videos, presentations, graphics, and marketing assets using AI-powered tools.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and automate repetitive marketing tasks.
  • Research, test, and implement emerging AI technologies that enhance productivity and creativity.
  • Audit websites for content, SEO, usability, and user experience.
  • Monitor competitor activity and recommend innovative improvements.
  • Support website updates using WordPress, Elementor, and Divi.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop creative marketing solutions that support organizational goals.

Requirements

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience using AI to solve business problems or improve workflows.

  • Experience managing WordPress websites (Elementor and/or Divi preferred).
