About the Role
Are you a highly organized and technically-minded project manager with a passion for entertainment and innovation? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join a team that orchestrates the successful launch and discovery of entertainment content. This role is at the heart of programming strategy and content discovery, collaborating with product teams to integrate and distribute captivating content. You will be a crucial force in maintaining and enhancing the project management portal, coordinating critical work streams, and leveraging AI-driven workflows to accelerate production timelines and scale quality across diverse projects. Your contributions will directly shape how entertainment content is produced, discovered, and enjoyed by a vast audience.
What You'll Do
  • Coordinate project work streams across content producers, developers, and cross-functional partners, ensuring clear alignment on deliverables and timelines.
  • Collaborate directly with platform and developer teams to drive feature enhancements and site improvements across various projects.
  • Maintain and ensure all project documentation is current, accessible, and actively utilized by vertical project leads.
  • Monitor active project sites to verify expected performance, data accuracy, and proactively flag issues to key stakeholders.
  • Utilize approved AI-based tools to develop features for project management portals, surfacing critical project information, milestone tracking, and status reporting.
  • Drive development workflows using AI-powered tools to accelerate production timelines and significantly reduce manual processes.
  • Build and maintain automation workflows that connect sites to internal content management systems for real-time project tracking and status reporting.
  • Rapidly prototype and integrate AI capabilities into daily operations to enhance efficiency.
  • Assist in onboarding working teams to new product requirements and site workflows.

Skills and Qualifications
  • 5 to 7+ years of experience in project management, entertainment development, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to coordinate complex project work streams, including tracking deliverables, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for developing features and automating workflows, such as Gemini or equivalent.
  • Experience using and updating cloud-based project management systems.
  • Familiarity with project management systems and their connection to production tooling.
  • Strong organizational ability and capacity to manage multiple concurrent workstreams effectively.
  • Resourcefulness and a strong problem-solving orientation.
