We Care Healthcare Center is seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a full-time remote role. This position is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to manage your schedule while maintaining a supportive connection with our team. You will primarily provide telehealth services, utilizing state-of-the-art technology to engage with clients effectively. As an LMFT at We Care Healthcare Center, your daily responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at fostering client growth and health. These include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations to establish mental health diagnoses, formulating tailored treatment plans that align with the unique needs of each client.
• Maintaining documentation rigorously by tracking treatment progress through ongoing case notes and treatment plan reviews, adhering to company guidelines.
• Managing a caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, ensuring each client receives personalized attention and the highest quality of service.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support, including coordination of services with case managers, medical personnel, and family members.
• Employing innovative therapeutic techniques and interventions to motivate clients and help them achieve their personal goals.
• Preparing detailed documentation for each session to ensure compliance with company policies and quality assurance standards.

Your expertise will be utilized to support a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. You will address issues ranging from childhood behavioral challenges to relationship conflicts, addiction recovery, and mental health disorders, all within a trauma-informed framework. By fostering an environment of compassion and acceptance, you will help clients feel safe and supported on their journey to healing.

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
• Proven experience in family therapy services and a strong grasp of community resources.
• Demonstrated history of completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families in a therapy context.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and team members.
• Capacity to establish and maintain professional boundaries, while being sensitive to a diverse client population.
• Ability to pass a background check as part of the hiring process.

We also welcome candidates who bring additional strengths, such as familiarity with telehealth tools, prior experience with mental health documentation protocols, and a track record of creative problem-solving in therapeutic interventions. A comfort level with fee collection at time of service is advantageous.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with your qualifications and experience. Additionally, We Care Healthcare Center provides a customizable compensation plan, including:
