Key Responsibilities

As an LMFT at We Care Healthcare Center, your daily responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at fostering client growth and health. These include:

  • Maintaining documentation rigorously by tracking treatment progress through ongoing case notes and treatment plan reviews, adhering to company guidelines.
  • Managing a caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, ensuring each client receives personalized attention and the highest quality of service.

  • Employing innovative therapeutic techniques and interventions to motivate clients and help them achieve their personal goals.
  • Preparing detailed documentation for each session to ensure compliance with company policies and quality assurance standards.

Qualifications
