At MFA, you will likely:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, anticipating and responding to their needs in your wheelhouse and introducing them to the breadth of services MFA offers.
  • Serve as a project manager to both existing clients and clients you cultivate, all the while mentoring capable staff to manage tasks and grow as a project manager.
  • Offer excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in service of our clients' needs.
  • Lead and collaborate with teammates, respecting individuals' skills and perspectives.
  • Take on problems, utilizing your technical knowledge and experience, to implement solutions and look for opportunities for our clients.
