Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Brand and Creative Marketing Manager based in Netherlands.

As a senior, hands-on creative leader, you will own and evolve the brand's visual identity across a growing international business. You'll shape how the brand appears across digital channels, campaigns, events, product launches, sales materials, and employer communications. Working alongside marketing, design, agencies, and web teams, you'll turn strategic objectives into compelling creative concepts and consistent execution. You'll have significant influence over brand perception while helping establish systems that can scale across products, audiences, and markets. The role combines creative direction with practical execution, experimentation, and strong commercial awareness. You'll also leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, production, and creative workflows. This is an opportunity to raise the creative standard of an established brand while helping it evolve alongside a fast-moving business.

Accountabilities
  • Own and continuously evolve the brand strategy, visual identity, and overall creative direction.
  • Translate business and marketing objectives into distinctive creative concepts, campaigns, and visual narratives.
  • Develop and maintain a scalable brand system covering guidelines, templates, imagery, typography, presentations, and visual principles.
  • Define creative direction across websites, product launches, social media, events, video, sales materials, employer branding, and internal communications.
  • Partner with internal designers, external agencies, developers, and other creative specialists by creating clear briefs, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Lead campaign concepts from initial ideation through delivery, coordinating the people, resources, and processes required to bring them to life.
  • Use AI-enabled tools for creative exploration, image and video production, rapid prototyping, versioning, and workflow automation.
  • Build scalable templates and creative processes that enable teams to produce high-quality, on-brand materials efficiently.
  • Review creative output across the organization and consistently raise the standard of the brand's visual communication.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in brand marketing, creative marketing, digital design, or a closely related field, ideally within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating ownership of brand systems, campaigns, launches, or other visual work that you personally shaped and brought to market.
  • Proven experience creating, owning, or significantly evolving a visual identity rather than simply applying established brand guidelines.
  • Strong creative judgment, with the confidence and communication skills to explain and defend creative decisions to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate commercial and strategic objectives into clear, compelling creative direction.
  • Experience briefing and coordinating designers, agencies, and other creative specialists.
  • Strong practical understanding of AI-enabled creative workflows, including image, video, design, prototyping, or automation tools, with sound judgment around where human creativity and decision-making remain essential.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where both the business and brand are continually evolving.
  • Strong organizational skills, independence, and ownership, with the ability to manage multiple projects without relying on a highly structured playbook.
  • Experience in B2B technology, gaming, esports, betting, entertainment, or another visually competitive sector is a plus.
  • Experience developing brand architecture across multiple products, divisions, or audiences is advantageous.
  • Startup or scale-up experience is valued.
  • Additional experience in motion, video, photography, 3D, experiential, or event design is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or comparable creative tools is a plus.
  • Experience with website redesigns, brand migrations, or large-scale digital projects is advantageous.
Benefits
  • Freelance contract with a senior-level role and significant influence over brand and creative strategy.
  • Fully remote working arrangement across the EU region.
  • Opportunity to shape and evolve the visual identity of a growing international B2B technology business.
  • Broad creative scope spanning campaigns, digital experiences, product launches, events, social media, video, sales enablement, and employer branding.
  • High degree of ownership and autonomy, with the opportunity to introduce scalable creative systems and processes.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled creative workflows and the opportunity to experiment with emerging tools and technologies.
  • Collaboration with marketing leadership, designers, agencies, developers, and other creative specialists.
