Creative Writing Evaluator

We're looking for Creative Writing Evaluators to assess AI-generated stories, essays, poetry, and other creative text — helping cutting-edge AI systems learn what truly compelling writing looks and feels like.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with a strong literary sensibility and a sharp eye for quality. No publishing credits or formal writing credentials required — just a genuine passion for language and storytelling.

What You'll Do

  • Read and evaluate AI-generated creative writing across a range of genres — including fiction, essays, poetry, and narrative nonfiction
  • Assess writing quality across dimensions such as style, tone, coherence, originality, and reader engagement
  • Identify weaknesses like clichĂ©s, unnatural phrasing, logical inconsistencies, or flat characterization
  • Provide clear, constructive written feedback that helps AI systems produce more authentic and compelling work
