Build smarter ways for Zoom's creative teams to work. Partner with designers, writers, video, and creative leadership to improve workflows, develop new tools and automation, and bring AI into the creative process. Help teams move from idea to delivery more efficiently while maintaining a high bar for creative quality.
About the Team
Our brand creative marketing team produces work that connects people to Zoom's story. We collaborate daily across design, video, motion, and copy disciplines, as well as internal marketing partners and external agencies. We're looking for a creative workflow lead who understands how creative teams work, can connect people, processes, and technology to make our work more effective.
Responsibilities
  • Managing creative workflows from intake through delivery, including project scoping, resourcing, scheduling, and prioritization.
  • Building deep relationships across internal teams and external partners, communicating with clarity and grace while aligning stakeholders around goals, expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Partnering with designers and creative teams to improve processes, remove roadblocks, and ensure projects have the right inputs and resources.
  • Developing and implementing AI-powered tools, automations, and workflows that improve efficiency across the creative organization.
  • Building and maintaining systems in Figma, Jira, and other creative collaboration platforms to improve visibility, organization, and team productivity.
  • Evaluating emerging AI and creative technologies and identifying opportunities to integrate them into existing workflows. Evolving team tools, systems, and workflows to support a fast-moving creative organization.

What we're looking for
  • Have a Bachelor's in Design, Technology, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). With 5-8 years of experience in creative operations, creative project management, creative technology, or a related creative role.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of design and creative workflows, particularly within Figma, and how designers and creative teams move from concept through final delivery.
  • Have experience managing complex creative projects and stakeholders, balancing priorities, resources, timelines, and competing needs across multiple initiatives.
  • Build trust and alignment across internal and external teams. Communicate with clarity, diplomacy, and grace, and comfortably navigate differing perspectives, priorities, and levels of seniority.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and fluency with AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies, with the ability to turn new capabilities into practical creative workflows.
  • Use Figma, Jira, Adobe Creative Cloud, and collaboration tools to organize and improve creative work. Experience building automated or AI-powered workflows is highly valued.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$97,600.00
Maximum:
$225,700.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
