This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and convenience in your work schedule. You will utilize telehealth technologies to connect with clients effectively, providing therapy sessions in a comfortable and safe virtual environment. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' specific mental health needs, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans tailored to their individual circumstances.
• Deliver a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and family therapy, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of case managers and psychiatrists to coordinate holistic care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.
• Provide crisis intervention, demonstrating your ability to approach sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism to support clients in acute distress.
• Participate in community outreach programs aimed at increasing mental health literacy and reducing stigma, actively promoting the importance of mental wellness.

• A current, independent, and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated success in establishing rapport and building therapeutic relationships with a broad range of clients.
• Exhibit strong organizational abilities, maintaining accurate records and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.

• Previous experience in a community mental health setting or a telehealth environment is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and teletherapy platforms.
• Advanced training in specialized therapeutic modalities is a plus.
