This role is set within a remote work environment, allowing you the flexibility to provide therapeutic services from your home while remaining connected to a dynamic team focused on community health. You will be working from a Community Health Clinic perspective, where collaboration and support among colleagues are paramount in meeting the varied needs of our clientele. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions and collaboratively create individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Maintain a full caseload, consisting of a minimum of 27 client visits per week for full-time clinicians, ensuring consistent and responsive care.
• Utilize creative and evidence-based intervention strategies to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.
• Prepare detailed documentation for each session, adhering to company guidelines for assessments, treatment plans, ongoing case notes, and required administrative paperwork.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers, medical personnel, and educational staff, to coordinate holistic client care.
• Regularly participate in clinical staff meetings and ongoing training sessions to enhance professional development and contribute to team culture.

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse client base that includes children, adolescents, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. • A master's degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a current LMFT license for practice in Georgia.
• Proven experience in completing clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely manner.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clear and compassionate client interaction.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain healthy, appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Experience working with a culturally diverse clientele.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and electronic health record systems; familiarity with Valant is a plus.
• Ability to pass a background check for employment consideration.

• Experience in community mental health settings or similar environments where teamwork and flexibility are essential.
• Advanced skills in developing innovative therapy techniques that engage clients actively in their healing process.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and platforms, enhancing accessibility for clients.
