Who are you?

You are an experienced Salesforce Project Manager, who has experience managing enterprise level projects. You enjoy being a hands-on business analyst while managing complex projects and delivering excellence for your clients.  As the client’s main point of contact, you will establish a comprehensive understanding of project expectations and business processes and manage a plan to meet these goals.

You strive for and deliver excellence for yourself, your team, and your clients.  You have a natural curiosity to uncover a client’s pain points, key requirements and implicit needs, provide day-to-day leadership and timely project status updates to our clients, and work closely with Pierce Washington and client technical and non-technical team members to complete projects on-time and within budget.   This will be a 100% remote postion.

What you get to do:

  • Working closely with the Solution Architect, you will create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • In this capacity, you will lead, or co-lead with the Solution Architect, completion of the following business analyst functions:
    • discovery workshops to gather, define, and document current and future state business processes and functional requirements
    • document requirements in the form of process flow diagrams and user stories
    • develop implementation estimates and plans for phases of the delivery lifecycle, including configuration, development, testing, training, communications, deployment, and post go-live support
    • design user story test scripts and participate in end-user acceptance testing
  • Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope, the overall client relationship and demonstrate respect and responsiveness to client needs
  • Cultivate and manage highly functional teams comprised of Solution Architects, Consultants and Developers and client resources through all phases of an Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to define and validate the technical approach, strategy and deliverables for the project
  • Manage project deliverables, financials and schedule to ensure the project stays on track and drive implementation of the solution
  • Monitor project status and assess risk in process, people and/or technology and adjust project plans to address accordingly
  • Perform impact analysis for scope change requests and document changes to requirements
  • Serve as an expert in Agile methodology to effectively apply our delivery methodology and enforce project standards
  • Ensure successful completion of project deliverables, cost, and timelines
  • Maintain a sense of ownership as it pertains to client satisfaction, company profitability and project team resource workload
  • Provide clear and effective communication on risks, scope changes and an understanding of change management techniques and processes

What you bring to the role:

  • 4+ years of Salesforce industry experience in a consulting capacity as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager working with the Sales Could and/or Service Cloud --- must have experience managing enterprise level projects
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Enterprise Salesforce CPQ projects that were at least 6 months in duration and included data migrations and integrations with ERP systems
  • Experience with Salesforce org consolidation/migration projects a bonu
  • Proven expert in Agile SDLC project management theories, practices and methods
  • Ability to serve as a liaison between both business and technical teams to drive effective, timely solutions that fulfill both strategic and operational needs
  • Experienced in executing gap analysis and requirements traceability matrices
  • Excellent client-facing written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to pivot and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to challenge, innovate, lead and drive projects to close
  • Experienced with Visio, Jira, Confluence, Prodly, Copado, or similar tools desirable
  • Experience in the High Tech or Manufacturing industries highly desired
  • PMP certification is preferred
  • Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire within first several months
  • Preferred Salesforce certifications: Administrator
  • Experience in High Tech or Manufacturing industries highly desired
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or information systems
