Senior Project Manager Land Development
Location: Hercules, CA 94547
Salary: $140,000 $190,000 per yearOverview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead land development projects from planning and entitlements through construction support. This role requires a licensed Professional Engineer with strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience managing client relationships and multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Responsibilities
  • Lead land development projects from inception through construction support.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, and deliverables.
  • Prepare proposals, fee estimates, and scopes of work.
  • Conduct site investigations and coordinate engineering design.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development.
  • Supervise and mentor Project Managers and engineering staff.
  • Ensure projects meet regulatory requirements and engineering standards.
  • Oversee project profitability, resource planning, and team performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
