As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients' individual needs and mental health histories.
• Developing personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions tailored to each client's goals.
• Providing therapeutic interventions using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based strategies to promote effective mental health management.
• Consistently maintaining accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and quality standards.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to facilitate comprehensive care plans.
• Participating in regular case consultations and peer reviews, allowing for shared learning and continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Providing psychoeducation to clients and their families, helping them to better understand mental health conditions and available care options.
• Staying informed about advancements in the mental health field to continually enhance your practice.

You will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health issues. This includes anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and more. Your role is crucial in helping clients navigate their challenges through tailored, evidence-based therapeutic support, contributing to their overall well-being and recovery.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience focused on psychotherapy services.
• Proficiency in various therapy modalities, including solution-focused approaches.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and collaborate with team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to develop effective treatment strategies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fully remote environment.

• Experience with a diverse range of mental health issues, including trauma and substance use disorders.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) to maintain documentation and patient records efficiently.
• Previous participation in multi-disciplinary teams for coordinated patient care.
• Involvement in community outreach projects or initiatives focused on mental health awareness.
