This fully remote role blends prompt engineering, structured content systems, testing, and AI workflow design to support the development of next-generation gaming experiences. You'll work hands-on with generative AI systems, JSON-based content structures, and experimentation frameworks to improve output quality, scalability, and consistency across live content initiatives. How you will make an impact:
• Design, write, and refine prompts that generate high-quality, structured AI-driven content
• Build scalable prompt frameworks across multiple content types and formats
• Test outputs, identify failure patterns, and continuously improve generation quality
• Define rules, constraints, schemas, and JSON structures to improve consistency and validation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to expand and improve content generation workflows
• Run experiments to compare prompt variations and scale successful solutions
• Evaluate outputs for engagement, accuracy, structure, and repeatability
• Support the development of AI-enabled gaming experiences and live content systems
• Prototype and iterate rapidly using ChatGPT, Copilot, spreadsheets, and structured tooling environments

The expertise you bring:
• 2+ years of hands-on experience designing or iterating prompts for generative AI systems
• Experience working with JSON, structured data, schemas, or rule-based content systems
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills related to AI output refinement and testing
• Excellent written communication skills with attention to tone, structure, and clarity
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced experimentation-focused environment
• Experience collaborating across technical, creative, or product-focused teams
• Familiarity with AI evaluation methods, prompt scoring, or testing frameworks is preferred
• Background in gaming, interactive content, product systems, or content operations is a plus
• Light scripting or data manipulation experience is beneficial
