• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients via secure video chat, focusing on enhancing their mental well-being and personal growth.
• Provide a supportive space for clients to openly discuss emotions, thoughts, and experiences, helping them gain insights into their lives and relationships.
• Serve as an advocate for clients, assisting them in identifying their mental health goals and outlining a pathway to achieve these objectives.
• Assess clients’ mental health conditions and develop tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based, solution-focused methodologies.

Our client base consists primarily of stable adults seeking supportive counseling for low-acuity mental health issues. Each client is thoroughly screened before appointments, ensuring that counselors work with individuals who are well-matched to their expertise and specialty areas. This structured client allocation process minimizes the risk of encountering severe mental health cases, allowing counselors to focus on providing effective support.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• You must hold a current and valid license to practice independently without supervision, such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Ideal candidates will possess at least two years of experience in mental health counseling, preferably in a telehealth or remote service setting. • Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000, dependent on experience, client load, and working hours.
