Our core product, Aerros, enables our customers to plan all the maintenance on hundreds of aircraft in a matter of minutes. Our solution helps customers understand the cost and efficiency of their maintenance operations while giving them the confidence to make data-backed business decisions. About this role

Aerros is maintenance planning software for the aviation industry, focused on making it easy to build, analyze, and improve maintenance plans. At the core of our product is an in-house developed calendar engine and a variety of workflows for collaboratively creating and editing the schedule’s data.

In this role, you will work directly with the CEO and VP of Engineering to guide features, products, and improvements from conception to launch. You will have ownership of expanding and refining our core offering and work closely with our engineering team to make your designs a reality. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of our problem space, gain product intuition, and help us drive business impact through product outcomes.

In this role, you will...
  • Build and maintain a cohesive and impactful data-driven product roadmap for our core product, Aerros
  • Drive product improvements & initiatives through clear, cohesive and well-thought out product specs/designs
  • Analyze product data to guide your product decision making
  • Gain a deep understanding of our user personas, and what is important for different user segments
  • Work directly with customers to gather requirements, vet existing designs, and understand their priorities
  • Orchestrate cross-org executions with engineering, leadership, design, and the business team to build complex products and features
  • Provide strategic direction for our current and new products to maximize short- and long-term opportunities
  • Learn everything there is to know about aviation maintenance planning through our on-boarding process (so don\'t worry if you do not have any experience in this industry!)


Qualifications Minimum:
  • Have 8+ years of engineering, product management, technical program management, or equivalent experience for B2B SaaS companies
  • Experience using both qualitative and quantitive mechanisms for prioritization
  • Experience eliciting requirements from end users and turning those requirements into functional specification documents
  • Have lead teams or 2+ years of management experience
  • Experience with fundamental concepts such as user segmentation/personas, OKRs, and usage loops.
  • Demonstrates creative problem-solving and strong product intuition
  • Are an excellent written and verbal communicator able to distill complex ideas into simple messages
  • Have a growth mindset, leading you to question the status quo and identify and champion improvements to the systems around you
Preferred:
  • Aerospace maintenance experience or interest in the aerospace industry
  • Have proven experience launching products 0 to 1 with user centric product design
  • You have experience gathering and prioritizing requirements and turning them into cohesive, easily understandable product requirement documents.
  • Have an engineering, software, or other technical background
  • Have hands-on experience gathering and analyzing usage data from platforms like PostHog or FullStory
  • 2+ years of experience building, designing, and evaluating AI/ML systems
