Financial Advisor Apprenticeship Class

Your Gateway to Financial Advisory Excellence

Duration: 13 Weeks

Location: Baton Rouge, LA

  • Hybrid Training - In-Person + Online Components if located outside of Baton Rouge (but must be located in the State of LA)
  • Must live or have lived in LOUISIANA

This intensive program combines proven methodologies, hands-on coaching, and real-world application to accelerate your journey to success.

Hereโ€™s the timeline for the Financial Advisor Apprenticeship Program:

1. You will need 1 License to start training with us:

  • June: Life Insurance License (2 weeks of online Training)
    • We'll send you our code paying for Kaplan Training online

2. July 1st-15th: Start Background check /

3. Aug 1st: Pre-Training / Technology Set Up

3. Aug 17th: Start Training

  • Week 1 is 24 hours over 3 days @ Marriott, Metairie

  • Weeks 2-13 are 4-10 hours/week on varying days

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • A desire to pursue the SIE, Series 7 Topper & Series 66 (we'll sponsor you!)
    • If you already have the Life & Health License or SIE it is a plus!
  • Creative problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
  • Curiosity, coachability, and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing or sales role is a plus.
  • A passion for building relationships and a commitment to client success.
