  • Lead cross-functional project teams designed to collect global employer-brand content, driving projects end-to-end from ideation through execution and performance optimization

  • Collaborate with and advise internal teams (Global Communications, HR, Functional teams, etc.) on employer brand best practices, ensuring alignment with enterprise messaging strategies

  • Own moderation and publishing of review responses on key employer-brand reputation channels (Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.), leveraging insights to identify themes and drive experience or messaging improvements

  • Own tracking and analysis of key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.), translating insights into actions that improve campaign performance and candidate pipeline outcomes

  • Lead or contribute to key initiatives such as visual branding updates, recruiter enablement strategies, and candidate feedback analysis, applying insights to enhance effectiveness

  • Support relationship management and project delivery with external vendors (agencies, platform partners), ensuring outputs are quality, on-time and aligned to strategy

  • Leverage digital marketing and AI tools to scale content creation, personalization, and performance, continuously identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and impact

  • Contribute to the evolution of global employer brand strategy by analyzing market trends, talent insights, and campaign performance, and recommending enhancements to channels, content, and messaging

  • Support communication of SCJ's values and philosophy, known as "This We Believe", across digital channels and candidate touchpoints

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in fields of Communications, Marketing, Human Resources or related area

  • 5+ years of experience in employer brand, recruitment marketing, digital marketing, or related field

  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
