Overview
National multidisciplinary design firm is seeking a talented Senior Marketing Coordinator to join their Washington D.C., Milwaukee or Minneapolis office. The firm has 12 offices all around the world focusing on healthcare, arts and culture, community, corporate, education, and government projects.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Coordinator to drive engagement and develop compelling marketing content for healthcare clients in the Washington D.C. area.
This role will persuade target audiences and drive engagement with the company's brand. If you thrive in collaborative, creative, fast-paced environments, this position is for you. You'll own the end-to-end process of producing marketing collateral, coordinating field marketing, and developing compelling stories to inspire action. From brainstorming ideas and writing content to coordinating/producing proposals and award submittals, we need someone who can help target and win clients and projects for the company.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end process for marketing collateral for client prepositioning and pursuits, including RFQ/P responses, qualifications packages, proposals, and interviews that integrate creative storytelling and visual delivery
  • Collaborate with Healthcare practice leaders, principals, and business developers to drive messaging strategy, define narrative approach, and write/proof copy for marketing content
  • Develop high-quality marketing content and collateral for project award submissions, conferences, social media, speaking engagements, and publication advertising
  • Coordinate external marketing activities (events, conferences, photoshoots) and produce corresponding marketing collateral
  • Work cross-functionally, cultivating positive relationships with team members across various teams and offices
  • Partner with the Marketing and Communications team on strategic initiatives
  • Take initiative with a solution-focused mindset and ability to work through ambiguity

Qualifications
Background we're looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Art History (or related field) or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training
  • 8+ years of professional experience writing marketing content, creating collateral in Adobe InDesign, and managing multiple marketing projects
  • Experience managing and producing RFQ/P responses in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry preferred, ideally with Healthcare focus
  • Exceptional aptitude in Adobe InDesign and proficiency with other Adobe Creative Suite programs
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Adobe Workfront, Canva, and/or CRM systems is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Strong proofreading and editing skills with attention to brand standards
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work in teams and independently, multitasking to meet deadlines
  • Mentorship experience
  • Knowledge of Healthcare industry, building types, and terminology
