Job Summary
Mass General Brigham is seeking an experienced Creative Trafficker/Project Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a high-performing, fast-paced in-house creative team. This role is ideal for someone with agency experience who excels at organizing complex workflows, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring creative projects move seamlessly from intake through final delivery.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and calm under pressure. They possess exceptional communication skills, thrive in cross-functional environments, and have a deep understanding of creative operations, resource management, and production workflows. Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Workfront is highly desirable, as this individual will play a critical role in managing projects, workflows, reporting, and process optimization within the platform.
This role partners closely with Creative, Marketing, Communications, and leadership teams to prioritize work, manage resources, improve operational efficiency, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in a related field of study required. Equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, or traffic management within a creative, marketing, or agency environment.
  • Agency experience strongly preferred.
  • Expert-level experience with Adobe Workfront is strongly preferred, including project creation, workflow configuration, dashboards, reporting, resource management, and user collaboration.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting creative, marketing, or brand teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of creative development and production workflows across print and digital channels
  • Excellent organizational, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing competing stakeholder priorities.
  • Experience using AI-enabled productivity and workflow tools to improve team efficiency is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the intake, prioritization, scheduling, and trafficking of creative projects from request through final delivery.
  • Serve as the primary administrator and power user of Adobe Workfront, ensuring accurate project setup, workflow management, reporting, dashboards, and resource allocation.
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, production schedules, and status reports within Workfront.
  • Lead project kickoff meetings and facilitate ongoing communication among creative teams, stakeholders, and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with designers, writers, proofreaders, and stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track
  • Monitor team capacity and proactively recommend resource adjustments based on workload, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, or shifting priorities and proactively recommend solutions
  • Ensure creative deliverables are reviewed, approved, and delivered accurately and on schedule
  • Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes, workflows, and operational efficiencies.
  • Support production logistics, digital asset management, and vendor coordination as needed.
  • Leverage AI-powered productivity tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to improve project tracking, communication, documentation, reporting, and workflow efficiency.

Working schedule:
