  • Partner with regional stakeholders to support content and website localization efforts, ensuring a consistent user experience while adapting content for local markets and languages

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of web projects and content updates

Digital Content Strategy & Governance
  • Partner with stakeholders to determine appropriate content placement, audience alignment, and messaging strategy across State Street's digital channels

  • Develop and maintain content standards, publishing guidance, governance processes, and workflow documentation

  • Oversee content lifecycle management, including content inventories, audits, expiration tracking, renewal recommendations, and retirement processes

  • Lead content governance efforts across State Street's digital properties, working with content owners and legal, compliance, and digital partners to ensure content remains accurate, current, appropriately approved, and aligned with regulatory requirements and standards

Content Experience & Optimization
  • Drive continuous improvements to content discoverability, navigation, taxonomy, metadata, and user experience

  • Use digital performance data, audience behavior, search insights, and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities and recommend improvements to content, user experience, distribution, and business outcomes

  • Apply SEO, AEO, and structured content best practices to improve content discoverability, answerability, usability, and engagement

  • Evaluate and responsibly apply approved technologies and AI-enabled capabilities to improve content quality, workflow efficiency, and digital experiences, maintaining human review and adherence to firm policies

Stakeholder Partnership & Project Leadership
  • Collaborate with business, marketing, creative, digital and communications teams to support strategic initiatives and campaigns

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on web strategy, content governance, and digital best practices

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects that support enterprise priorities

  • Foster strong relationships across global teams to ensure consistent execution and alignment across markets and regions
