Our integrated approach combines front-end marketing, advertising, and creative services with back-end operational support and fulfillment across direct-to-consumer, eRetail, and marketplace channels.
Our teams help brands grow across today's most important digital commerce platforms by combining deep channel expertise with proprietary technology, including our reporting and analytics platform, Companion. • Connect cross-functional teams to ensure strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels are aligned, cohesive, and driving toward shared client goals; translate these efforts into clear, digestible, and actionable recommendations
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations based on performance trends, testing results, and platform dynamics
  • Stay informed on platform updates and best practices across paid media and the broader digital marketing landscape as well as within the client's industry

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Account Growth
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams across Paid Media, Analytics, Creative, etc to ensure successful execution of client strategies
  • Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple accounts while ensuring work is delivered on schedule
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and drive incremental growth for client accounts
  • Contribute to internal best practices and knowledge sharing across the Paid Media team
  • Proactively identify opportunities to retain and grow client revenue by uncovering gaps, recommending upsells, and introducing new solutions that align with client goals and broader business objectives

Who You Are
  • A strong communicator who can confidently lead conversations with clients and internal teams
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and client priorities simultaneously
  • A strategic thinker who understands how paid media levers impact business performance
  • Collaborative and comfortable working across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Curious and proactive about evolving trends and opportunities within the digital marketing landscape

Desired Skills & Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or eCommerce account management
  • Experience developing or contributing to paid media strategies and media plans across platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and other digital channels; strong understanding of how budget allocation, targeting, and creative drive performance outcomes
