Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

  • Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and cultural sensitivity in interactions with clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and documentation efficiently in a remote setting.

  • Experience providing teletherapy or remote counseling in a community health setting.
  • Familiarity with various therapeutic techniques and an ability to implement creative solutions for diverse client needs.
