• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gain insight into each patient’s unique situation and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions that are appropriate for individual clients, taking into account their cultural backgrounds and specific needs.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions to effectively address a range of mental health concerns and promote resilience among clients.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care for all patients.
• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, offering immediate support to clients in need.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment options, and local community resources that can aid in their recovery process.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in our electronic health record system.

Our client population encompasses individuals from diverse backgrounds, including adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. We emphasize inclusivity and cultural competence in our approach, ensuring that each client receives personalized care that addresses their unique experiences and needs.

• Possession of an active state license in one of the following areas: Clinical Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Professional Counseling (LPC), or Psychology (PhD/PsyD).
• Ability to practice independently, handling a caseload of clients with minimal supervision.
• Strong engagement and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

While not mandatory, experience in working with diverse populations or specific therapeutic frameworks (such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, or trauma-informed care) would be advantageous. Prior experience in outpatient settings or telehealth practices is also a plus, as it prepares you for the demands of this role.
