This position is fully remote, allowing flexibility and convenience for our team members as they deliver essential counseling services to clients. • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify each client’s mental health needs and develop a nuanced understanding of their circumstances.
• Create and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that correspond to individual goals and therapeutic needs.
• Deliver a range of counseling services, including individual, couples, and group therapy, utilizing appropriate modalities and interventions to effectively address various psychological challenges.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and other therapists, to ensure holistic care addressing all aspects of a client’s health.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to all legal and ethical standards associated with mental health care.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and training to remain informed on the latest mental health practices and ethical guidelines.

• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Texas is mandatory.
• A Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or other relevant modalities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport with clients and establish trust.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, essential for maintaining clear documentation and client interaction.
• A commitment to upholding ethical standards and protecting client confidentiality.

While a Master's degree is required, prior experience with high-risk populations, such as those dealing with addiction or trauma, will be viewed favorably. Familiarity with telehealth technology and remote counseling practices will enhance the overall client experience.
