• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to determine clients' mental health needs, ensuring the identification of underlying issues and appropriate treatment strategies.
• Design and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans based on the unique goals and circumstances of each client, regularly reviewing progress and making necessary adjustments.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, using a variety of therapeutic interventions suited to diverse populations and mental health conditions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic, client-centered care and achieve positive treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and reflective of treatment progress.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision, case management meetings, and ongoing professional development initiatives to enhance skills and interventions.

The inner light of our clients is a guiding principle at our center, where we serve individuals from various backgrounds experiencing a spectrum of emotional challenges. Our LPC will engage with clients dealing with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related issues, and addiction, ensuring that each therapeutic experience is tailored to promote healing and empowerment.

• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas is mandatory.
• A Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited program.
• A strong foundation in conducting individual and group therapeutic sessions within a mental health setting.
• Proficiency in a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques relevant to mental health treatment.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective documentation and client interaction.
• A commitment to ethical counseling practices and maintaining client confidentiality.

• Prior experience in outpatient mental health counseling, particularly in a remote or hybrid model.
• Expertise in specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary treatment team.
• Experience in program developmen to enhance treatment offerings at the facility.

Inner Light Wellness Center offers a competitive annual salary range between USD 50,000 and 80,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
