They lead creative teams, develop concepts, and ensure the quality and consistency of visual and messaging outputs. Remote Creative Directors use collaboration tools to manage projects, communicate with stakeholders, and guide the creative process from concept to execution. Their role involves strategic thinking, leadership, and a strong understanding of design, branding, and digital media. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a flexible work environment and can effectively manage creative work remotely.

Creative directors typically work for marketing or advertising agencies or may work in-house at a specific brand. Your responsibilities include assembling a team, managing deadlines, and assigning duties to each team member. You review the team’s pitch, direct the design of campaigns and graphic materials, and ensure message alignment with the client’s goals and image. Utilizing platforms like Slack, Zoom, and collaborative design tools ensures everyone stays aligned and engaged. • Champion standardized ways of working across the Client Success organization.
  • Ensure consistent adoption of Asana, proposal templates, pricing tool process, SOW standards, time entry compliance, resource planning processes, and SOPs (cross-discipline collaboration, NPS survey, etc.).
  • Drive accountability around process adherence while continually identifying opportunities for improvement.

Client Portfolio Health

  • Provide executive oversight across the Client Success portfolio.
  • Work with Client Success Directors to review client satisfaction, upcoming opportunities, resource needs, delivery risks, escalations, revenue forecasts, and growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Partner with leadership to ensure accounts remain healthy, profitable, and strategically aligned.

Organizational Development

  • Lead initiatives that strengthen the Client Success organization, including team onboarding, professional development, AI adoption, training programs, best practice development, cross-functional collaboration, team engagement, and department communications.
  • Help build a high-performing culture focused on operational excellence and continuous learning.

What You Bring
