Job Description

About us:

The ServiceNow Creative Brand & Strategy team is a passionate team of creative thinkers and doers, responsible for shaping the future of the ServiceNow brand. We're looking for a Creative Director, Campaigns who can turn dense technical truth into ideas people remember – and who's led that kind of work before.

About you:

You're a conceptual creative leader first, and being technically fluent comes as second nature. You can go deep on platform, data, and AI capability, then come back up with the headline, the metaphor, and the through-line that lands with a CIO and a CFO in the same room. You see every brief – digital, social, film, activation, OOH – as a chance to build the brand while it does its job. You'll work with a cross-functional team of art directors, writers, brand managers, and designers to set the creative vision and execute at the highest level, and you'll do it knowing exactly what the rest of the enterprise software category is saying – so ours never sounds like it.

Qualifications
  • 15+ years in the creative industry, including at least 5 years leading integrated, digital-first campaigns in-house, with a portfolio that shows work for modern technology or B2B brands
  • Set the a creative vision grounded in brand truth, product truth, and customer insight.

  • Lead teams, contractors, and partners to build campaigns that build brand and generate demand, in market, around the world.

  • Translate complex platform, data, and AI capability into headlines and territories that hold up in front of technical and business buyers alike.

  • Partner with strategists on the brief process, and with stakeholders to optimize digital creative against real in-market performance.

  • Pressure-test every idea against the competitive set – know the category, and make sure our work never sounds like anyone else's.

  • Comfortable reading a product spec, a roadmap, or an analyst report and coming out the other side with a concept.

  • Strong presenter, able to sell big creative thinking to senior executives across the org.

  • Experience in B2B – ideally enterprise SaaS, cloud, or platform technology – where the product is technical and the buyer is a committee.

  • Still hands-on, still making the work yourself when it counts.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $162,200 - $223,000, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
