• Assess and evaluate clients’ needs through comprehensive examinations and interviews at the outset of therapy.
• Develop and implement tailored therapy plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused strategies.
• Conduct individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions, fostering a supportive and empathetic environment for all participants.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care, sharing insights and strategies for optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical records that comply with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring that documentation reflects the highest standard of care.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops and training sessions to stay informed of advancements in the mental health field.

Our counseling services cater to a diverse population that includes individuals, couples, and families experiencing a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. We are particularly focused on assisting those in marginalized communities with limited access to care, striving to bridge the gap in mental health support and accessibility.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted license to practice as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to counseling practices.
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with diverse clientele.
• Proven capability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team environment.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth technologies.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse is highly preferred.
• Experience working with clients in underserved populations or in telehealth settings is an asset.

• Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
