About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Designer to join our rapidly growing team. Gummicube, works with top app developers around the world, and as a Creative Designer, you will have the opportunity to impact the success of some of the biggest brands in the App Store and Google Play Store!
What You'll Do
  • Use expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator), Figma and Sketch
  • Edit and manipulate image assets quickly and efficiently to create a variety of visual mockups for client deliverables
  • Collaborate with internal project teams to understand and execute the project strategy
  • Use your eye for design and ability to think creatively and originally
  • Work with a variety of assets and adhere to branding guidelines
  • Analyze and articulate data-driven creative methodology & strategy
What We're Looking For
  • At least 2-5 years experience in a design company, advertising agency or in-house creative environment
  • Must provide a design portfolio of previous design work or other examples
  • Possess expert fluency with the following design programs: Adobe Photoshop; Adobe Illustrator; Sketch; Figma
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and communicate progress under tight deadlines
  • Ability to receive internal team or client feedback and revise designs accordingly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated team player capable of producing original ideas
  • Excellent organization, collaborative and project management skills
  • Familiarity with current visual design trends and how to apply them
  • Ability to thrive in "start-up" environment with minimal direct supervision/management
  • High attention to pixel-perfect detail
  • Solid working knowledge with Google Productivity Apps (Docs, Sheets and Slides) and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to create and/or manage execution of video ads for social such as Facebook, Instagram ads (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, other)
  • Experience experimenting with AI tools in your personal or professional life - or an eagerness to learn!
We'd Be Delighted If You Also Have
  • Familiarity with the Mobile Industry; Apple App Store and Google Play Store
  • Interest in both iOS and Android apps and the mobile gaming space
  • User experience and responsive web design
  • Additional knowledge in Blender or other 3D modeling programs is a plus
Work Location & Travel Requirements
Airship's 'Digital First' approach to work means that for the majority of our roles, work can be performed remotely, either some or most of the time. Compensation at Airship
Airship's compensation is determined by a variety of factors including market data, business needs, and geography. Base pay is part of your total compensation package and is dependent on multiple factors, including: relevant skills, work experience, business priorities, market demands, and location.
This role can be hired as a Creative Designer I with a starting salary range of $65,000-$70,000 or a Creative Designer II with a starting salary range of $75,000-$80,000, based on experience. Base pay is part of the total compensation package and is determined by a variety of factors such as relevant skills, work experience, business priorities, market demands, and location. All offers include stock options so employees have the opportunity to benefit from Airship's success.
