Job Summary:
Looking Creative Producer within an Ads XD (presumably Advertising Experience Design) team. The position requires managing the creative production lifecycle, ensuring clear communication of design status and trade-offs to leadership, and translating business goals into creative direction. It also involves coordinating creative execution for design work, including experiments and strategy development, while managing timelines, scope, and feedback incorporation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own project and program lifecycle documentation.
- Keep stakeholders accountable to their commitments through active engagement and clear status reporting.
- Represent creative work in leadership forums, translating design status and trade-offs into business language for senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
- Coordinate creative execution for design work across the team, including member-facing experiments and internal narrative/product strategy work.
- Partner with design leads to build realistic timelines, appropriately staff work, and manage scope.
- Co-author creative briefs with design and PM partners, translating business objectives into clear, testable creative direction.
- Run effective critiques and reviews, ensuring critical feedback is incorporated.
- Facilitate critical connection points in the creative process, such as kickoffs, reviews, workshops, and retrospectives.
- Build and maintain communication systems like status trackers, review rituals, capacity views, and decision logs for leadership.
- Route work based on urgency, capacity, and strategic priority.
- Coordinate A/B testing or experimentation programs across design, engineering, and product.
Must-Have Skills:
- 3-5+ years in creative production, design ops, or creative program management.
- Experience running intake and triage for a design team, including capacity planning and prioritization frameworks.
- Experience coordinating A/B testing or experimentation programs.
- Track record of co-authoring creative briefs and translating business goals into clear creative direction.
- Comfort operating across different seniority levels, able to brief an individual contributor, align with a peer, and update senior directors.
- Deep understanding of design and creative workflows.
- Passion for user experience.
- Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Self-starter thriving in continuous delivery environments with high accountability, adaptability, and tolerance for iteration.
Industry Experience:
- Ideally in-house at a product-led tech company.
