This role is remote, offering the convenience of working from your own space while still being an integral part of a multidisciplinary team. You will collaborate with physicians, case managers, and fellow therapists, all focused on providing comprehensive care to the community. Regular meetings via video conferencing will maintain connectivity and ensure cohesive teamwork.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine each client's mental health needs, crafting individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific circumstances.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services utilizing a variety of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic approaches both individually and in groups.
• Work in collaboration with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive treatment for clients, ensuring all aspects of their care are addressed.
• Offer crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute psychological distress, using your skills to navigate emergency situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Engage actively in community outreach programs and educational initiatives, advocating for mental health awareness and working to diminish stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Your work will involve clients from a wide array of backgrounds, each with unique life experiences and mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in addressing issues related to depression, anxiety, trauma, and more, ensuring that everyone feels heard and understood, regardless of their personal circumstance.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of a master's degree or a doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal capabilities, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients.
• Cultural competence; the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Proficiency in maintaining meticulous documentation and organizational skills to enhance service delivery and compliance.

• Previous experience in a community health setting or similar environment focusing on diverse populations.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing various therapeutic modalities effectively in clinical practice.
• A strong understanding of crisis intervention strategies and experience managing emergency situations.
