Job description

We are seeking a Sales Account Sr. Managerto lead key account growth across DFA brands in the Midwest (MI, OH, IN, IL, IA, MN). This remote role requires candidates to reside in Michigan. In this position, you will drive growth and manage complex, high-profile accounts by developing strategic sales plans, expanding customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on sales execution to optimize profitability and market share. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow assigned accounts, delivering volume and profit targets
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term account strategies
  • Build strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders
  • Identify and close new business opportunities using a solutions-selling approach
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to support customer needs
  • Analyze market and customer data to drive insights and strategy
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Own account performance, forecasting, and annual sales planning
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and key commercial terms
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and reporting using CRM and business tools
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of progressive sales or account management experience
  • Proven success driving growth, new market expansion, and profitability
  • Experience in retail, foodservice, dairy, or CPG industries preferred
